Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Foam Cutting Machine Operator to run and maintain manual vertical and circular foam cutting machines at Salama Machine Ltd. You will be responsible for cutting foam blocks with precision, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, and maintaining safety standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities
- Operate manual vertical and circular foam cutting machines to cut foam blocks according to specifications
- Measure and mark foam materials before cutting to ensure accuracy
- Follow work orders, production schedules, and supervisor instructions
- Inspect finished foam cuts for accuracy, quality, and consistency
- Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure smooth operation
- Monitor machine performance and report mechanical issues immediately
- Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent accidents and protect materials
- Assist in loading/unloading foam blocks and organizing cut materials
- Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output targets
- Keep accurate records of production activities and material usage
Requirements
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of operating vertical and circular cutting machines (foam industry experience is a plus)
- Ability to read measurements, technical drawings, and production instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy foam blocks when required
- Basic mechanical knowledge for machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Commitment to safety and ability to follow operational guidelines
- Team player with good communication skills
