We are looking for talented and versatile professional to join our Creative Team at Salama Machine Ltd. We are looking for a Creative Specialist to lead all visual and content creation at Salama Machine Ltd. This role combines photography, content design, and graphic design to deliver high-quality marketing materials, product visuals, and brand storytelling across digital and print platforms.
In this role, you will capture images, design graphics, and craft engaging content that strengthens our company’s identity and communicates effectively with our customers and partners. If you are multi-talented, creative, and passionate about branding, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Photography: Capture high-quality photos of products (mattresses, roofing sheets, nails), company facilities, staff, and events. Edit and retouch images to align with brand standards.
- Graphic Design: Create branded visuals for brochures, packaging, advertisements, social media, and website content.
- Content Design: Write product descriptions, marketing copy, social media captions, and campaign content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute campaigns.
- Develop templates and branded materials for company-wide use.
- Maintain and organize a library of photos, designs, and content assets.
- Support company rebranding and creative initiatives with fresh ideas.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography, content creation, and graphic design (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with design and editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Canva, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills (English, Kinyarwanda, French is a plus)
- Creativity and ability to translate ideas into visuals and messages
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with branding, marketing, and social media trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
